I admit it; I'm a photaholic. I take HUNDREDS of pictures on our Disney trips, especially those trips we took earlier on. Now, we highlight/photograph new experiences, but I'm also taking hundreds of photos for chronicling events via blog posts, and including unique angles, as well as those new experiences.
attempting to scrap any of it. I have, however, decided that just for Disney photos, I may want to try my hand at digital scrapbooking. There's a lot to learn, but I have some great contacts. Some of those have shared these resources with me:
1) Check out Brittish Designs. They have wonderful packages - everything from bundles, to its, to cards - you name it, with our favorite themes, including Princesses, Park Magic, and even Buzz and Woody. My favorite is Mick's Girl. I love that they look like something I'd make on my own, not something canned or "cartoony". Check out the freebies as well!
2) Sahlin Studios. Where has this been all my life? Oh My Wow. Lots of great info to get you started. I love that this site has a very good FAQ section to get new Digital Scrapbookers started, including the question I had when I first started: "So now that I have a completed scrapbook page, what do I do with it?" They also have a wonderful store that showcases various businesses and talents within the digital scrapbooking community.
So don your pirate hat and sword, flip open that laptop, and let's conquer those family photos together, shall we?
See Ya Real Soon,
Karen
